LEVEL CONTROLERS

This new control allows us to distribute drinks even when the selling is superior to the water supplied by the motor-pump. This enables to work with water levels in the cup that are below the minimum probe at constant work without causing any motor-pump standstill.

When the water level in the cup is below the faucets level probe, the faucets will close. If it is due to this water lack in the network, the motor-pump will stop after 50 seconds and the faucets will remain closed.

As soon as the water lack in the network is corrected, it will proceed to reset, disconnecting and connecting the electrical fluid to the control feeding.

If it is due to the fact that the water exit is higher than the water entry in the cup -because of major selling of product- when the water of the cup is below the faucets level probe, these will close.
The motor-pump will continue filling the cup, and when the water level covers the minimum probe it will be possible to distribute product again.

The result is maximum quality of the distributed product at all times, even in case of shortcomings in the water supply.


COMMON PROBE FAILURE

-The motor-pump is disconnected after 50 seconds.

FAUCETS PROBE FAILURE

-The faucets are disconneted.
-The motor-pump does not connect.

MINIMUM LEVEL PROBE FAILURE

-Only works the motor-pump in standsitll goes with maximum level probe.

MAXIMUM LEVEL DRILLS FAILURE

- When the level of the low water is below the probe of minimum level, it makes motor-pump star, and though the probe of maximum level is disconnected, the motor-pump will stop after 20 seconds of beginning this cycle.
